                            ORDINANCE NO.   10423 
                
                
                
                 AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHATTANOOGA CITY CODE,
                 PART II, SECTION 24-504, SCHEDULE IV, RELATIVE
                 TO ONE-WAY STREETS DESIGNATED.

       	    SECTION 1.  BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY 
OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, that Chattanooga City Code, Part II,
       Section 24-504 be and hereby is amended by deleting "Third Street 

       westwardly from Siskin Drive to Chestnut Street" and inserting in 

       lieu thereof the following:
              Third Street, westwardly from Siskin Drive to Broad
              Street.
      
       	    SECTION 2.  BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that this ordinance shall 

       take effect two weeks from and after its passage as required by
       law.
